Telkom contracts are the worst

Telkom mobile is by far the worst company to have a contract with. How am I being handed over for an amount they’ve debited on my account. I’ve sent countless POP. My account still has not been updated. They meant to debit again month end but because of there inconsistency they obviously going to debit the wrong amount. I’m tired of calling and taking calls explaining the same thing
