Telkom contracts are HELL on earth!

I've had a contract with Telkom for 2 years and July 2021 was my last month on contract since the 31st of July 2021 its been hell trying to get out of this contract. Telkom has overbilled me even after overbilling me they handed my account over to debt collectors which is something that negatively affects my credit score. I have had countless calls to Telkom to try and fix everything but it's all been futile. Now my bill for September includes a "rejection fee" of R404. My experience with Telkom has been nothing short of hell-ish.
