Telkom contracts are a ****

I have had a horrible experience with Telkom from the beginning of the year, I have used their services from 2021. My account is always in arrears because no one collects the money from my account. I have called customer care and received no assistance. Yesterday, I got a message indicating that my account has been suspended due to non-payment. I made the payment (with interest that I should have no incurred). Today I got another one... I do not know what **** Telkom is running but this is getting out of hand. I started making payments on the app directly and I would receive invoices that I owe nothing but a few days down the line I will get an sms indicating that I have not paid. What the hell!
