TELKOM contracts and hidden agendas

I have a MSI laptop with TELKOM, the laptop is still on contract and under waranty. Currently the laptop is experiencing some technical problems, it doesnt want to switch on. I took it to the Telkom store but they refered me to platinum Waranty, they indicared that the laptop make MSI is not covered by them, I went back to the Telkom store but still no solution where to take the laptop to get it fixed. I need guidance on where to take the laptop to so they can fix it.
