Telkom Contracts and Bad service

The Telkom customer care and it’s staff in sandton city are so ***********. I got ****** and I had to do a sim swap I lost my ID when I got ****** along with my phone. I had a copy of my ID with me and I asked to do a sim swap and they refused and I told them what happened and asked for an alternative but I was told I needed an original ID. Now I’m being slapped with a R2000 bill which one of the consultants boastfully told me that I have to pay. I have never missed a payment but I am disgusted by their treatment of their clients. I will no pay that amount
