Telkom contracts

Hello Peter I have serious problem here is the thing I apply for contract online in mondo in 2020 toward the end for phone and router that include data I paid R316 p/m. When I'm half way to finish my contract I saw simcard of 160GB data sim online which is 80gb day and 80 gb night and I go for it and apply and I was going to pay R199 P/m for 2 years at Mynet in January 2022 which they gave me 80GB SO is 40 night and 40 day, I called the person that was helping me and told him / her about the issue he/she said they will fix it I waited for it but never fixed. Mind you they deduct the money every month and now those accounts combined I pay one account after four month paying them for something I didn't apply for I stopped the debit order and ask Mondo to please take their money separately and they never do that. Now what bothers in 2024 they started calling me using debit collectors as if I run away with their money
