Telkom contracts ****

I have contract with Telkom. My sum card is always in the router, I noticed that I pay flactuating amounts and they claimed that I have daily subscriptions. When I enquire and want an investigation the consultant are unable to assist and say they do not resolve subscription queries and there is no investigation that will be done, the consultant eves said no one at telkom could assist
