Telkom contracts

I have a few contracts that's finished with telkom and ive been trying to cancel it for the last 2 months but every time I try it tells me an error has occurred. How is it that you can go into store to take out a contract but you have to cancel online and submit documents that they have in their possession already. The service is pathetic. They call all day every day for upgrades but nobody can help me cancel my contracts. What more do i have to do.
