Telkom contracts

Took out a SIM card contract with telkom,I cancelled it and they are still deducting from my account .I went to the store to enquire about this and was told that I do not have any outstanding balance and there was no explanation for the continued deductions,the consultant told me to dispute the debit order and that there is nothing else she can do.
