Telkom contracts

I have been paying my account that was in arrears, and my account is up to date. but when I open my credit report it shows that my account is still in arrears. I have been calling them to fix that; I don't get any help. I receive messages stating that my account will be handed over to their attorneys, but my account is up to date. This whole thing affects my credit score😡 I am not happy at all
