Telkom Contractors caught out

<p>What a money making SCHEME. This happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>My ADSL line went dead... no rain whatsoever. So the call goes out. 4 days later the line is back, all smiling teeth etc.... except. At the very same time the one line came up the other went down (logs). So here we go...log a call. So a Telkom person arrives. We waltz with him to the box. My other line is disconnected!! Physically, and where is it plugged in, my other fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>So what does the "smiling" contractor do ? He plug out a WORKING line.... solves your problem, collects $$$, go pas begin and wait for the NEXT call.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Goodness why didnt I think of that?</p> <p> </p> <p>He fixes faults at light speed, looks impressive but in the background ***** Telkom BIG time.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my question to telkom is WHAT now ? almost 3 weeks, 6 outs om both lines since January 2016.</p>
