Telkom Contractor Concern

<p>Evening, following the previous note, did Telkom send someone to our house.</p> <p>The technition stated to my parents that a beeping sound was explained by a broken piece of plastic.</p> <p>They could not provide identitfication and said they were contracted.</p> <p>Please can you advise on these persons that Telkom sent today.</p>
