#Telkom contract xchange

Ive been a loyal customer since 2016 I recently app**** for a laptop when I get home it didnt certify my needs when I return it back they say I can't take it back nor exchange for something else .please help . The laptop is still on package it was never used. I never got a contract to sign the teams and condition for the laptop#Telkom
