Telkom contract woes!!

What in the world is going on with Telkom. I took a contract with telkom for R1000, paid 2000 for December because it was not capped. I cap it to R1 but miraculously have to pay 2600 this month.

I’m livid and will be reversing this payment until this gets resolved.

I am beyond livid.
