telkom contract without notify

last year july the advisor advise that they can upgrade my speed with my existing contract with them only to find out after a year it was a new contract which the advisor did not informed me.last week i complaint as i need the recording they said that they will call me in 78 working hours whereby i still to date did not got feedback.this is very bad service
