Telkom Contract Upgrade Woes

I've been trying to get someone to contact me regarding my contract upgrade for 3 weeks now and no one has called. I have app**** for the upgrade online (and got an SMS saying that I'm pre-approved and that someone will contact me) and tried calling in to the call centre but can't get through to anyone. I then went to a Telkom shop and was advised they have none of the phones that I actually want to upgrade to.

I now think it would just be best to cancel the Telkom contract and go with one of the other providers, as they would probably want my business more
