Telkom Contract Upgrade

Upgraded my contract at istore. They send me for credit check for more than a week. When Istore follows up they say cancel and start again. Pathetic after I gad so much respect for them. When I go to the store they say Istore must sort it out. I app**** for my 4th home loan the same time with this, the home loan was approved immediately. Have you ever seen such madness.
