Telkom Contract unbearable nightmare

Since January I have been unemployed and I used to have Telkom contract but because I'm no longer working since January I been trying to cancel the contract but with no luck I called service desk they couldn't help I tried to n log a call on their website still when they call they emmediately drop their call I tried with watsapp still no help was ended and they are busy over charging cause they can't find money in my account. I don't have income and they expect to get something this case really traumatized me cause I can't afford anything as a person since i'm not working. Please help me to cancel this nightmare contract.
