Telkom contract thats never ending

I had a telkom contract which ended last novermber. they are still deducting money from my account even though i no longer use their sim card. they keep sending me a bill, when i click on pay now it shows that i have no outstanding amounts to pay. their help function on their website leads to a 404 page. this is becoming tedious now.
