Telkom contract termination

Telkom has been debuting my account even though I cancelled my contract on their website in June 2020 it’s now December and they are messing up with my credit over a contract that came to an end in May this year!! They don’t even have Enough calls center agents Becos u wait for hours with no one taking calls!!!!
