Telkom contract termination

Hi I've cancelled the contract on the 27 Nov 2019 at Trade route mall lenasia. Upto now they havent cancelled the contract and theyve debited in my account and i told them not to debit because my account os no longer active. They charged me R200 for insufficient funds and they debited again this month. When i called them the call center lady told me that i diddnt follow right procedures.
