Telkom Contract terminated without my knowledge + Debited wrong amount

My account has been cancelled with Telkom without informing me or letting me know. They say its due to non payment but my account has been debted every month and I have a payment arrangement. Today they debted me R28000 for my entire contract. I was not told this and it was not authorised by me. What do I do?
