Telkom Contract Still Showing on My Credit Report

I am extremely frustrated with Telkom’s handling of my account. I fully completed my contract, yet it is still reflecting on my credit bureau as active, preventing me from applying for important financial services like a car loan. This is completely unacceptable!

Despite fulfilling my obligations, Telkom has failed to update my status, which is now unfairly affecting my credit profile. I have not received any confirmation that my contract was closed, and attempts to dispute this issue have gone nowhere.

I demand an immediate resolution, including written confirmation that my account is closed and a correction of my credit report. Telkom, fix this now!
