Telkom Contract ****

My bank details were used **********ly by one of Telkom workers. I had app**** for a contract and they rejected it. However money keeps being taken from my account. I contacted Telkom and they confirmed I do not have an account with them however, someone could be using my bank details who isn’t me. I was contacted by Nomazulu Mpofu who works for the company’s risks team. I provided bank statements, certified ID and affidavit. However my money is still being taken from my account and she’s no longer responding to my emails. This is so frustrating that they are allowing this to happen at my expense while I’m unemployed!!!
