Beware of Telkom Contract ****s!!!

They reopened a closed contract agreement and more than doubled the amount being billed so it's clear that someone went on a shopping spree. Check your accounts on clearscore and dispute as well as stop any suspicious debit orders that are not authorized.

I called the accounts call centre and the consultant Asanda put the phone down in my ear as I was informing them that the account being debited from will longer authorise those payments and that the account reopened on their end was not authorised by us at all and that it's a possible ****/***** situation.

Do better Telkomsa. Truly expect better from an establishment such as yours.

Deeply disappointed in the fact that you hired ******* that prey on closing accounts for their own personal gain.
