Telkom contract runs indefinitely despite selecting term

Telkom contract are terrible without you cancelling it, it runs forever but when you sign up they ask you to choose the term of the contract but when the term passes the contract actually does not expire this is horrible cause when signing up for a 24 month contract you expect the the contract to run for 24 months not indefinitely.
