Telkom contract?? 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️RUN FAR AWAY!

RUN FAR away from Telkom contracts 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️.

1. Wifi contract I signed was R550 and they increased it after two months to R600 without any communication. I don't understand why because its a 1 year contract.

2. Cellphone contract doesn't stop even though it's a fixed term (24months). Try cancelling at the branch you still have to wait for a call. After the call and confirmation of cancelation they still deduct. You complain they won't refund you because, "cancelation takes 30 days" meaning they deduct one more time.

3. Skip a payment they charge R200 penalty even if you pay the following day. You can't pay at their branch neither with cash nor a card. You have to go to EasyPay like Shoprite. After paying at shoprite and going there to confirm you wait for two days for reconnection, the branch cant assist. Even after all that, 👋 they still deduct double in the following month.
