Telkom contract rejected at credit on clearance sale phone.

Got declined for a R169 contract saying rejected at credit. I have 620 score on clear score, R800 000 bond on a 1.5mil Rand house. Fully paid up store cards no credit card etc... ever been late or missed a payment pre-approved for R200 000 personal loan from my bank but Telkom refuse a R169 contract what a laugh...

Is it because the clearance sale phones are not available ? Same thing happened to my sister and my wife interesting.
