Telkom Contract Process an Epic Fail

I app**** for a Telkom contract which was approved over 2 weeks ago. I’ve spoken to over 10 consultant who refer to a Debi Check mandate being sent to my app or via USSD. I have not received one. I spoke to a consultant about 10 minutes ago who says my account is a business account. I do not know own a business account and need to follow up on my order. It’s taken too long.
