Telkom Contract problems

I app**** online for a phone contract a galaxy s9+, than the lady offered me a internet contract to take together with the phone contract but my phone contract was not approved as the consultant said the phone and internet contract will go together I assumed that they declined both. Few days later they delivered the modem and sim I immediately called Telkom telling them that I do not want the contract as I did not get a phone so there is no need for it so the lady said someone would come collect it nobody came I called them again then the second lady said she will talk to her manager about collection yet I did not get contacted this is frustrating because I am not even using it it's still in its original packaging and telkom is taking money from my account and the people at their call centres are of no help
