TELKOM CONTRACT - PHONE IS BROKEN ONLY HAVE IT A MONTH

Good day,

I bought an Huawei P8 on contract a month ago at Telkom N1 City. I have since been using the phone on the MTN Network, however in the last week I have been experiencing difficulties with connecting to the network due to signal issues which is as a result of the phone and not the sim card. I've gone to the branch at Mutual Park in Pinelands to report this, but was advised that they could not assist me and that I need to contact Huawei. I've tried to contact Huawei, but cannot reach them on the number. Firstly I believe that my responsibility is to report the matter to the service provider where I bought the phone which is Telkom and that they should get in contact with Huawei. Secondly I would like a call from Telkom, because I did not hesitate to pay my installments, but now I have been given the run around. How do you define client service? Do you consider this client service? Should you not respond to my matter I would be forced to take the matter further and keep you liable for all cost incurred due to your inability.
