Telkom contract overcharging and misrepresentation of the contract

<p>Hello Peter, my husband had a contract with Telkom for R129 for 2,5gig all day data and 7,5 gig night surfer. When his contract ended in December 2016 he phoned Telkom to tell them that he wants to carry on getting the data but only on month to month service and the consultant told him that he I'll get the same data benefits that he was getting and only pay R99 as he was no longer paying for the modem (device). January they took the normal amount of R99 and February they started to over charge him and some of the money they took from his account could not be reversed. Every time when we phone them they can not solve our problem and they have stopped giving us data from May till to date</p>
