Telkom Contract Not Mine in Arrears

I have been having issues with this TELKOM account which is subjected in my name for long now. It is now affecting my credit score and therefor i cannot get any credit or is branded HIGH RISK by companies, multiple times agents has called me and even SMS's were sent to me, i have responded to the calls and made it clear i have no knowledge about any TELKOM contracts which i have had and no agent can even tell me what the product was i have taken, i am not getting through to them please assist me URGENTLY Hello Peter below is the account number in question.
