Telkom Contract Issues

I have had a data contract since Oct 2017 and it was supposed to end Oct 2019. This has not happened. I have tirelessly tried calling to correct this but all that happens is I get told to call this department and then that department.

This is just pathetic service. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed especially because this is actually my favourite mobile network. Smh
