Telkom Contract "freebies"
Good Day
I recently took out the Samsung s20 FE on contract at your branch in Ballito. The device is supposed to come with a free Samsung wireless headset as per adverti*****ts, however only after I had signed for the contract, I was advised that the store was out of stock for the headset and the deal was done without the "freebie". Nowhere on the adverti*****ts/website/brochure does it state that. This is unfair and I would really appreciate it if I can receive that headset. Please assist.

26 Feb 2021, 19:01Still no response from Telkom with regards to my query. The package I took out is still being advertised with the "freebie" on their website. If they are still advertising it, why has no one even bothered to contact me? This is very disappointing customer service.
