Telkom Contract *****

I took out a contract at Telkom Tygervalley brach, last year on Black Friday on the 23 November 2018. There's was a black Friday special for the Mate 20 lite Huawei device, where I suppose to receive 5 additional GBs data per month Up to date I haven't once received my fully allocated amount of data I called in several times and each time they just said they doing an investigation. This has now been nearly 5 months and I've been paying a monthly billing for something I haven't been receiving.

I need help! Or if possible a way to contact Telkom head offices Or if anyone could help me press legal charges against Telkom.
