Telkom contract

I bought the phone on Tuesday at telkom thavhani mall, and aslo did a swim swap, to my surprise the swim sawap which they said it's going to take up to 2 hours hasn't, they told me after few hours but still, till today they giving me a run around. Cant be able to use my bank apps, can't receive ocalls and messages, and they telling me that these things they take time. I have been here since 10:30 till now the manager havent assisted me. I want to cancel and they should give me my number back, can't be taken for a ride by them. Never
