Telkom Contract

Good day

I just got off the phone with one of the consultants

On the 6th someone from telkom called me and took all my details regarding the phone I ordered

Two weeks after that I called for follow up and they told me that the order is with the warehouse

called again and I got the same answer

Today tried calling again for the progress and they telling me that the is no order that was placed and they have to run another score yet the is an alert on my credit score showing that you guys have done credit check on the 6th.

Can someone please contact me regarding this. as this is unacceptable
