TELKOM CONTRACT

Hello, Please help me to expose Telkom. I had a contract with them and it ended in May this year 2021. I didn't renew my contracts and I decided to cancel it on the first week of July (2021) My last debit order was on the 01st June R816.00, they said it will only be cancelled on the last day of July and I will need to pay R169.00. The amount was debited from my account. Initially I was paying R239.00 (R75 for the number that ended in May according to their system) Now I was left with one installment of R169.00...

Now it came to my surprise that my contract is still active and I have destroyed the Sim card. According to what I know is that I'm left with the prepaid sim-cards.

I will take this up with lawyer.
