Telkom Contract dispute

I've had a great 2yr data SIM with Telkom, the problem started when it was time to upgrade. Tumisho (broker or employee, I'm not sure) reached out to me via whatsapp, I explicitly let him know that I would like to remain on the plan I've been on viz. 120gb anytime + 120gb night time for R249 but instead signed me up for a host of services I don't need at the price of R475. I would attached screenshots if I could, I have all the proof.
