Telkom Contract Disaster

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied about their service where they sold me a SIM card and promised me a number change. Went to Ferndale mall they refused to help me and said I should cancel the contract. Th call centre agents are not helping me as well. The escalation office they don’t pick up their phones, disaster imagine I will be forced to pay 449 for something I can’t use.
