Telkom Contract decline

I am very disappointed that i app**** for telkom contract and the lady i talked to approve my request via the telephone i even gave her my account number. After the conversation with her i recieved text message "Unfortunately your order has been declined during credit vetting. Regards Telkom Sales Team and then from now i don't know what to do maybe if i get a clarity there i will appreciate
