Telkom contract

Requested a contract simcard 26 days back ago and I was told i can't get the sim same time i have to wait I then recived a massage saying my case has been resolved,When I went to collactvit I was told i can't get it since the person who said its resolved didnt finish the prosess so I paid for my contract for a month and I wont be able to use my data no minuets that i recive looking at how they can't help me with my sim swap
