Telkom contract cancelled without my consent.

I have a 24-month contract with Telkom for a router with data, it has been 17 months now since I took the contract. On Thursday my wifi stopped working ajd the signal indicator turned red, I went to Telkom store in Mbizana EC,they told me that my contract has been cancell it does not exist anymore and they did not know why. I had to ask a friend to borrow me his Telkom sim card to call the Telkom call centre for assistance,they told me that a customer requested for tye contract to be cancelled BUT it was not me. They promised to escalate the issue and get back to me within 24 hrs but they never did I am still waiting.😡
