Telkom Contract Cancellations

Telkom is by far the worst service provider to get a hold of to cancel contracts. I’ve tried emailing, on the app, phone calls. Not one person has got back to me once I’ve given my notice, HOWEVER I’ve been contacted for service upgrades and sent 2 invoices.
