Telkom Contract cancellations a taboo!

I have cancelled my contract with Telkom mobile and confirmed the cancellation when I took another one with them however they keep on debiting me for Costs. Now I have two same contracts which I had made clear that I won’t take the other if not cancelled. No help on the phone, online the service hangs and not go through
