TELKOM CONTRACT CANCELLATION PROBLEMS

I Have been trying to cancel a Telkom Fibre contract for 3 months now. I went to the store to Cancel and they did not. I called the call center several times and none of them wanted to assist me, instead they refer me to another number which refers me back to the number that i called. This contract is over 24 months now and Telkom did not cancel it. I am on month 37 now paying for a service that I am not using anymore because telkom REFUSES to cancel. Please be aware, Telkom contracts seem to be for life. I want my money back and please cancel your contracts when they end
