Telkom contract cancellation nightmare.

I took a data contract with Telkom and requested for cancellation within 7 days cooling off period as I was battling with connecting to the internet due to network coverage, Neo/Thabo phoned to assist with the cancellation but till today it's not cancelled. No one is willing to assist so I must pay for something that I can't use.
