TELKOM contract cancellation and rude consultants

On 28 Oct 2024 @ 10:57 I logged a call trying to understand why I am being charged for a contract that I cancelled and even received an sms, case number that the issue has been resolved. The consultant that I spoke to was not even interested to assist, she hung up the phone on me as I was talking as she felt that I was being petty whereas I was just asking information. I unfortunately couldn't get the consultants name but her Telkom Username is GWIJIY . TELKOM deal with your consultants. Anyway why am I being charged for services that were never fully rendered, contract cancelled and advised that I wont be charged for anything because the device never worked. TELKOM is a **** and I am really happy I cut my ties before I got dragged further. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT , I have went through the necessary processes.
