Telkom Contract Cancellation

The worst experience ever trying to cancel my contract, what's the point of having a call center if no one ever attends to you. I've been trying to cancel my contract for the past one month with no success, their call center puts you on hold for hours until the phones hangs itself up and systems are never working for them to process your cancellation. In-store they can't help either with cancellations, honestly this is the worst ever cellular network customer experience ever.
